Job summary

Mercedes-Benz of Bedford in Ohio is seeking an Express Lube Technician to join our award-winning Service Department. If you enjoy working on cars and want a long-term automotive career, this role offers training and growth.

You’ll learn from experienced technicians, perform oil changes, rotate tires, inspect brakes, and help deliver an exceptional service experience. Paid training and advancement opportunities are provided in a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive repair experience, training, or schooling is preferred but not required.
• Must be willing to learn and participate in training opportunities.
• Strong work ethic and team mindset are essential.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and teammates.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes
• Rotate and balance tires
• Complete multi-point vehicle inspections
• Check and top off vehicle fluids
• Replace air and cabin filters
• Inspect brakes, belts, hoses, batteries, and tires
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work alongside experienced technicians while learning new skills
• Help deliver an exceptional service experience for every customer

• Experience performing oil changes, tire rotations, or basic vehicle maintenance is a plus
