Apple Autos is seeking an experienced and motivated Express Lane Manager to join our team. As the Express Lane Manager, you will oversee the operations of our express lube department, ensuring efficient and high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong leadership skills, automotive maintenance and repair knowledge, and a commitment to excellent customer service. What You’ll Do

• Manage daily operations of the express lube department, including scheduling, staffing, and workflow management.
• Ensure timely completion of services like oil changes, filter replacement, fluid checks, and tire rotations.
• Train and develop a team of lube technicians, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Implement and enforce safety procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide exceptional service.
• Maintain accurate records of services, inventory, and customer information.
• Collaborate with other department managers to optimize service operations.

What You’ll Bring

• Previous supervisory or management experience is highly desirable.
• Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems, especially routine maintenance.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong customer service orientation and complaint resolution skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment managing multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of safety regulations in automotive service settings.
• Valid driver’s license.
