We are seeking an experienced and motivated Express Lane Manager to oversee our express lube department. What You’ll Do

• Manage daily operations of the express lube department, including staffing, scheduling, and workflow.
• Ensure timely and efficient completion of routine maintenance services like oil changes, filter replacements, and tire rotations.
• Train and develop lube technicians, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
• Maintain inventory levels of parts, supplies, and equipment.
• Implement safety procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
• Keep accurate records of services, inventory, and customer information.
• Collaborate with other department managers to optimize operations and improve performance.

What You’ll Bring
