Berlin City Toyota is actively hiring an Automotive Express Advisor to be the face of our express service team in Maine. The role focuses on quick maintenance services like oil changes and tire rotations, with exceptional customer communication and care.

The position offers a commission-based pay plan with an annual income range of $55,000 to $73,000, plus benefits and a supportive, team-oriented work environment. You’ll work Tue–Fri 8am–6pm and Sat 8am–4pm, with Sundays and Mondays off.

Position Overview:
As an Express Advisor , you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers in the express lane. You’ll coordinate quick maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, and multi-point inspections while providing exceptional customer communication and care. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, value efficiency, and are passionate about building lasting customer relationships.
