Berlin City Toyota is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Advisor in Portland, ME. You will be the primary contact for customers during their service visit, listening to concerns, explaining maintenance, and updating on estimates and progress.

Work closely with technicians to ensure a smooth, trustworthy customer experience. Candidates should have 2+ years of experience, strong communication and follow-up skills, and a team-oriented mindset.

Position Overview:

As an Automotive Service Advisor at Berlin City Toyota, you’ll be the primary point of contact for customers throughout their vehicle’s service visit. You’ll listen to their concerns, explain recommended maintenance and repairs, and keep them informed about estimates and progress. Working closely with our technicians and service team, you’ll help ensure a smooth experience and build customer trust through clear communication and follow-through.

Requirements:

• At least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license with a favorable motor vehicle driving record

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
