Ken Garff Automotive Group is seeking a Sales Receptionist at our Manvel, TX location to greet visitors, answer calls, and route inquiries with professionalism. You will be the first friendly face, maintain a tidy front desk, log customer information, and support the team with accurate, timely service.

This role offers scheduled hours Monday to Friday 4:00pm–8:00pm and Saturdays 9:00am–8:00pm, equal opportunity employment, paid training, and opportunities for growth.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Previous receptionist experience; automotive dealership experience strongly preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong computer skills including Inventory Control software, Internet and Microsoft Office Suite
• A valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate business needs

Responsabilidades

• Answer phones in a professional manner, within three rings, and transfer customers promptly to appropriate destination
• Takes messages from customer when desired person is unavailable or at customer request
• Greet and accommodate walk-in customers promptly; provide timely, friendly, professional service
• Provide excellent customer service by listening to customer inquiries and requests, asking questions to identify needs, and resolving customer concerns
• Maintain a professional appearance always
• Call customers when license plates come in and keep a license plate log to ensure accuracy
• Other duties as assigned
