Job summary

Carstar Color Build in Wisconsin is seeking an Entry-Level Estimator to join our collision repair team. No prior estimating experience is required; we provide comprehensive training and a clear path toward advancement into a high-income estimator role.

You will greet customers, assist with vehicle inspections, communicate with insurance companies, learn estimating software, schedule repairs, and collaborate with technicians to deliver an excellent customer experience from start to finish.
