Responsibilities

• Develop and manage engineering project plans to meet milestones and deliverables.
• Serve as interface for subsystems from concept to final system launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional and cross-regional teams on development.
• Support dyno test environment and lead internal and customer meetings.
• Release subsystems ensuring design standards, requirements, and budget compliance.
• Define subsystem performance requirements and allocate component requirements.
• Manage requirements and change management with traceability.
• Prepare DFMEA, DFM/DFA, GD&T, BOMs, drawings and test plans.
