Qualifications

• Exposure to electrical validation, hardware testing, or product verification in an automotive or regulated environment.
• Knowledge of automotive specifications, standards, and OEM requirements.
• Experience with electrical and environmental test equipment, including thermal chambers.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and data interpretation.
• Effective written and verbal communication, including technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Interpret automotive specifications to ensure compliance in validation activities.
• Operate and maintain thermal chambers and electrical test equipment.
• Conduct environmental and electrical testing including thermal cycling and humidity exposure.
• Analyze test data and support root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Prepare detailed technical reports and support automation of tests.
• Adhere to Nexteer quality processes, safety standards, and documentation requirements.
