Essential Duties And Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

• Installation, servicing, troubleshooting, and removal of all alcohol monitoring devices
• Fulfill daily operational duties of assigned facility which include
• Operate a clean, organized and hazard free work environment
• Conduct training sessions covering use of products to customers
• Maintain a positive and caring atmosphere for customers and employees
• Perform monthly inventory audits
• Assist other shops in surrounding area when applicable
• Manage daily hours, ensuring 40 hours or less weekly
• Communicate with management and/or lead technicians when challenges arise
• Maintain the integrity, confidentiality, and security of client information
• Adhere to all applicable state and federal regulations
• Perform any other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1 year experience with 12V systems
• 1 year experience in a customer service role
• Basic computer skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail

Physical Demands

• Ability to sit, kneel, and stand regularly, including installing devices into tight spaces
• Frequently walk, reach, or crawl; occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required include close and distance vision

Work Environment
