You will be responsible for ensuring the performance, reliability, and safety of automotive electrical components and architectures. Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop electrical system architectures, including wiring harnesses, power distribution, and signal integrity.
• Specify and select electrical components, sensors, and actuators.
• Create and maintain detailed electrical schematics and documentation using relevant software tools.
• Perform system integration, testing, and validation of electrical systems in vehicle prototypes.
• Troubleshoot electrical issues during development and production phases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including mechanical engineers, software developers, and manufacturing personnel.
• Ensure compliance with automotive industry standards (e.g., ISO 26262) and regulatory requirements.
• Support the development of diagnostic tools and procedures for electrical systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in automotive electrical systems engineering.
• Proficiency in electrical CAD software (e.g., Altium, Mentor Graphics) and simulation tools.
• Strong understanding of automotive communication protocols (CAN, LIN, FlexRay, Automotive Ethernet).
• Knowledge of power electronics, battery management systems, and charging systems.
• Experience with functional safety (ISO 26262) is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model, balancing remote tasks with on-site collaboration in Welkom .
