Applied Intuition in Sunnyvale, CA is seeking an Electrical System Integration Engineer to design automotive-grade wire harnesses. This role involves coordinating with engineering teams, managing vendor relationships, and developing electrical distribution systems. Applicants should have a relevant degree and 2+ years of automotive wire harness design experience. The base salary ranges from $120,000 to $220,000 annually, complemented by equity and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive wire harness design, IPC/WHMA-A-620 standard.
• Design experience for LV & HV applications; knowledge of automotive standards such as ISO 6722, SAE J1128.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Design the routing and retention of harnesses, cables, and connectors.
• Develop BOMs, wire, and material specifications.
• Create and manage CAD models and drawings.
• Interface cross-functionally to drive program delivery.
• Identify best harness solution through collaboration with OEMs and suppliers.
