Job summary

Sanhua International in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an Electrical Engineer to join our Automotive team. You will lead technical support for OEM and tier customers in automotive thermal management systems, driving product development, validation, and growth in electrified vehicle components.

The role requires collaboration with R&D in China on hardware/software design, CAN/LIN, EMC, and control strategies, plus CAD/CFD work and DOE activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering is required.
• 2+ years in automotive thermal systems/components preferred.
• Experience with OEM design and release processes preferred.
• Mandarin proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical contact for OEM and tier customers.
• Lead the design and development of thermal management components.
• Coordinate with packaging, service, manufacturing and engineering teams.
• Develop validation plans and execute DVP&R.
• Travel up to 20%.
