Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Business or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years of wholesale and retail automotive marketing experience.
• 5 years minimum of retail advertising and promotions experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee DMG program operations and budgeting to align with Kia guidelines.
• Lead market analysis using BDI/CDI metrics to allocate funds.
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly marketing strategies with regions and agencies.
• Represent Kia corporate marketing strategy at DMG meetings.
• Manage the DAS program and ensure adherence to advertising guidelines.
• Develop allocation recommendations and DMG budgets funded by KUS.
