Job summary

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of successful sales experience in a diverse retail environment.
• Ability to use basic math for transactions and inventories.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Basic automotive parts knowledge and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal sales goals and help store reach overall targets.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and wiper installations.
• Maintain store inventory and operational standards.
• Handle inventory processes such as cycle counts and back stock.
• Safely deliver parts to customers as needed.
