Job summary

Midas International is seeking an Automotive District Manager to partner with Regional Sales Managers and DVP, providing hands-on operational support to franchises and in-store teams. You will own initiatives to improve systems and processes, drive same-store sales growth, and deliver training in the field.

Key duties include coaching store teams, onboarding franchisees, supporting events, analyzing POS data and P&L statements, and creating engaging presentations with PowerPoint.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in automotive service management or multi-unit operations.
• Strong understanding of store operations, customer service, and leadership.
• Experience reading POS reports and P&L statements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 70%.

Responsibilities

• Coach store teams on brand-specific processes and customer service.
• Onboard new franchisees and implement brand standards.
• Support rollout of company initiatives and vendor trainings.
• Analyze POS data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Review P&L statements to support financial performance.
• Deliver group training sessions for stores and franchisees.
• Develop engaging presentations using PowerPoint.
• Manage schedules, reports, and communications with Office apps.
• Adapt to multiple POS platforms and internal systems.
• Handle multiple initiatives with urgency and attention to detail.
