Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join our Processing Department, where you will dismantle vehicles safely and efficiently. You will assist senior dismantlers, learn tagging and storage procedures, and work with engine dismantlers as needed.

A strong emphasis on safety, basic math, and reliable PPE usage is required. The role may require lifting up to 75 pounds, standing for extended periods, and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Flexibility to perform measurements and calculations.
• Ability to use basic computer and record-keeping tools.
• Ability to communicate clearly and follow directions.
• Commitment to safety protocols and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dismantler/Trainer with dismantling vehicles.
• Learn and implement system of dismantling, tagging and storing parts.
• Work with Engine Dismantlers to learn engine dismantling.
• Comply with safety standards and requirements.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
