Job summary

LKQ Corporation in Florida is seeking motivated individuals to join our Processing Department. You will assist dismantling vehicles, learn tagging and storage of parts, and support engine dismantling activities under supervision.

You must comply with safety standards to ensure a safe, efficient operation. The role emphasizes practical hands-on work, adherence to procedures, and the ability to handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds and occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Background in body repair, mechanical, or dismantling experience.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure.
• Basic computer skills and ability to follow instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist Dismantler/Trainer with dismantling vehicles.
• Learn dismantling, tagging and storing parts.
• Work with Engine Dismantlers to learn engine dismantling.
• Follow safety standards to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
