Job summary

LKQ Corporation is seeking motivated individuals to join our Processing Department. You will dismantle vehicles safely and efficiently under supervision, learning tagging and storage of parts, and collaborating with engine dismantlers.

This role requires basic math, attention to safety, and the ability to follow directions. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and some positions may require you to bring your own tools.

Qualifications

• Background in body repair, mechanical, or dismantling experience.
• May be required to have own set of tools to carry out duties.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred for consideration.

Responsibilities

• Assist dismantler/trainer with dismantling vehicles.
• Learn and complete the system of dismantling, tagging and storing parts.
• Work with engine dismantlers to learn engine dismantling.
• Comply with safety standards to ensure a safe workplace.
• Assume other duties as assigned.
