Job Summary

The technician is responsible for performing automotive repairs and services accurately and efficiently, following store and factory standards, while ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Perform work outlined on repair orders with efficiency and accuracy, adhering to Maplecrest and manufacturer standards.
• Diagnose malfunctions accurately.
• Complete all work according to safety requirements.
• Road-test vehicles to ensure quality of repairs.
• Document work performed, record test results, and track time per company procedures.
• Maintain an inventory of necessary tools.

Qualifications

• Prior automotive repair experience preferred.
