Job summary

Promotive is seeking an A-Level Automotive Technician in Noblesville, IN, offering a salary range of $80,000–$85,000 based on experience. The role runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m., with bi-weekly pay.

You will work on all makes and models, including some European vehicles, from initial diagnosis to completion. Responsibilities include diagnostics, troubleshooting, DVIs, and documentation of findings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience diagnosing drivability concerns and identifying root causes.
• Ability to read and interpret diagnostic codes and test results.
• Experience working across all makes and models.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting on newer makes and models.
• Diagnose drivability concerns and identify the root cause of vehicle problems.
• Read and interpret diagnostic codes and test results.
• Complete automotive repairs from initial diagnosis through final repair.
• Perform Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs).
• Document diagnostic findings, inspection results, and recommended repairs.
• Maintain strong productivity while delivering quality repairs.
• Communicate repair findings effectively with the service team.
