Group 1 Toyota Certified Capital Plaza in Maryland is seeking Automotive Flat-Rate Technicians to join our service team. You will perform high-quality repairs, run diagnostics, and support customers with timely updates.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Flat-Rate Technician.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• ASE certification(s) preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Perform high-quality repairs efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced, high-volume service environment.
• Conduct comprehensive diagnostics, troubleshooting, and testing on automotive systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Road-test vehicles to verify successful repairs.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
• Provide timely updates to service advisors on repair status and estimated completion times for customer communication.
• Participate in ongoing training to stay current with evolving automotive technology.
• Uphold company values in all interactions with customers, coworkers, and vendors.
