This role features a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends, company-paid health insurance, paid holidays and vacation, a simple IRA with 3% match, and opportunities for year‑end bonuses as you solve tough diagnostic challenges.

Experienced Diagnostic Technicians Wanted

Aurora AutoPros is looking for an experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician who can confidently diagnose and repair today's complex vehicles.

Compensation

$40-$55 per hour, depending on experience, production, diagnostic ability, and overall qualifications.

What We're Looking For

We're searching for an A-Level Technician who can:

• Diagnose electrical concerns
• Troubleshoot drivability issues
• Diagnose engine performance concerns
• Perform high-quality repair work
• Work independently
• Communicate findings clearly

If you're the technician other technicians come to when they can't figure out a problem, we'd like to talk with you.

Requirements

• 5+ years of automotive repair experience

• Advanced electrical diagnostic experience
• Engine performance and drivability experience
• Valid driver's license
• Personal tools required

ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
