Job Title: Automotive Detailer - Reliable Dealerships

Join VersaPro Restoration & Construction as an Automotive Detailer. We are seeking a dedicated individual to clean and refurbish vehicles according to customer specifications.

Job Summary

The primary responsibility is to clean and refurbish new and used vehicles. Compensation is 100% commission, paid weekly. Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, and PTO.

Responsibilities

1. Wash vehicle exteriors and clean windows and door jams.
2. Apply wax, buff surfaces, and vacuum interiors.
3. Clean upholstery, rugs, and surfaces with appropriate agents and tools.
4. Apply revitalizers, preservation agents, and spot/stain resistant chemicals.
5. Steam clean engine and compartment; remove foreign materials with special cleaners.
6. Inspect vehicles for defects and restore appearance of engine, rugs, upholstery, and painted surfaces.
7. Apply tire dressings and use the PACE VIN Order System.
8. Understand and meet customer requirements.
9. Coordinate with team members and maintain a clean work area.
10. Use protective gear and operate tools safely.
11. Report safety issues and perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 year of automotive detailing experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
