Job description

Turner Automotive is seeking a Detailer Lot Attendant. Turner Automotive is proud of its many accomplishments since its founding, and of the people who make it a successful organization and an interesting place to work.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wax, polish, refurbish, and detail vehicles that were collision damaged, as well as old and new vehicles.
• Inspect finished products to ensure the highest quality service.
• Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements.
• Maintain proper function of all service tools and equipment.
• Report any damage to the supervising manager in a clear and timely fashion.
• Coordinate and arrange work effectively with team members.
• Maintain excellent standards and quality of service to positively represent the organization.
• Maintain inventory appearance and performance by cleaning interior and exterior of vehicles, replenishing all vehicle fluids as needed, and replacing batteries when necessary.
• Keep lot neat and organized.
• Detail cars in the Recon department.
• Place buyer guides and stock tags in vehicles.
• Keep lots neat and orderly, moving cars as directed by the general manager and in accordance with dealership display standards.
• Drive vehicles to and from service lane, service stalls, and parking lot as needed.
• Make key tags and handle inventory of vehicles.
• Retrieve and deliver vehicles from property locations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
