Job summary

Infiniti of Chattanooga is seeking motivated detailers and car washers to deliver high-quality customer experiences. This full-time position offers training and advancement within a dealer group that values its employees and rewards top performance.

Key responsibilities include cleaning, detailing, and pre-delivery preparation of vehicles, with a strong emphasis on safety and teamwork. We provide competitive pay based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Previous detailing or car wash experience preferred but not required; training provided
• Possesses strong attention to detail and takes pride in their work
• Can work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to stand, bend, and work on their feet for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Clean, wash, wax, and detail vehicles inside and out to dealership and manufacturer standards
• Vacuum interiors, clean windows, shampoo carpets, and apply protective finishes as needed
• Perform pre-delivery cleaning and detailing of new and pre-owned vehicles
• Inspect vehicles for cleanliness and quality before delivery to customers
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the detail department and equipment
• Assist with lot organization and vehicle movement as needed
• Follow all safety protocols and chemical handling procedures
• Other duties may be assigned
