Job Summary: The primary responsibility of the Automotive Detailer is to clean and refurbish new and used vehicles according to customer specifications.

Compensation: 100% commission, paid weekly! Benefits include Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance, PTO, and Competitive Pay.

Responsibilities

1. Wash vehicle exterior, clean interior and exterior windows, and wipe down door jams.
2. Apply wax to auto body and buff surfaces.
3. Vacuum vehicle interiors to remove dirt and debris.
4. Clean upholstery, rugs, and surfaces with appropriate agents and tools.
5. Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to interior surfaces and treat fabrics for stains and spots.
6. Clean engine and compartments using steam and cleaning agents.
7. Inspect vehicles for defects such as dents, scratches, or upholstery tears.
8. Restore the appearance of engine areas, rugs, upholstery, and painted surfaces.
9. Apply dressing to tires and wells.
10. Use PACE VIN Order System and understand customer requirements.
11. Coordinate work with team members and keep work area clean.
12. Operate tools and equipment safely and report safety issues.
13. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• 1 year of automotive detail experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
