Job Summary:

The primary responsibility of the Automotive Detailer is to clean and refurbish new and used vehicles according to customer specifications.

Compensation:

100% commission, paid weekly!

Responsibilities:

• Wash vehicle exteriors, clean windows, and wipe down door jams
• Apply wax to auto bodies and buff surfaces
• Vacuum vehicle interiors to remove dirt and debris
• Clean upholstery, rugs, and surfaces with appropriate agents and tools
• Apply revitalizers and preservation agents to interior surfaces and treat fabrics for stain resistance
• Clean engines and engine compartments with steam and cleaning agents
• Use special cleaners for difficult foreign materials, following manufacturer instructions
• Inspect vehicles for defects like dents, scratches, and upholstery tears
• Restore the appearance of engine areas, rugs, upholstery, and painted surfaces
• Apply dressing to tires and wells
• Utilize the PACE VIN Order System
• Meet customer-specific requirements and coordinate with team members
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Use protective gear and operate tools safely
• Report safety issues promptly
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Valid driver's license required
• One year of automotive detailing experience preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with staff, vendors, and customers
