Walt Massey Automotive in Marion, AR is seeking a Detail Specialist to bring vehicles back to showroom shine. You’ll clean, wax, polish, and inspect both new and pre-owned cars, ensuring every customer drives away happy.

No prior detailing experience is required—training will be provided. A positive attitude, teamwork, strong communication, and a valid driver’s license are essential. We offer benefits and a supportive, family-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in detailing or automotive work is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Cleaning, waxing, polishing, and detailing vehicles (both new and pre-owned).
• Inspecting finished work to ensure the highest quality standards.
• Following specific customer requests and delivering exceptional service.
• Maintaining and caring for detailing tools and equipment.
• Reporting any vehicle damage promptly and clearly.
