Job summary

Marianna Chevrolet GMC in Marianna, FL is seeking detail-focused team members to maintain and enhance our vehicle lineup, ensuring an extraordinary automotive experience for every customer. You will clean, detail, inspect, and prepare both new and pre-owned vehicles for delivery with precision and care.

We provide hands-on training, supportive mentorship, and ongoing professional development within a family-oriented dealership.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and can-do spirit.
• Strong work ethic, leadership and eagerness to learn.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Detail vehicles: wash, wax, polish and preparing both new and pre-owned cars.
• Inspect finished vehicles to ensure top quality results.
• Understand and deliver on customer requirements and expectations.
• Maintain and operate detailing tools and equipment properly.
• Promptly report any damage or concerns to the supervising manager.
• Collaborate with team members for timely and efficient service.
• Uphold high standards of cleanliness, quality and professionalism.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Your Responsibilities

• Clean, wax, polish, and detail both new and pre-owned vehicles, including those repaired from collisions

• Inspect finished vehicles to ensure top-quality results

• Understand and deliver on specific customer requirements and expectations

• Maintain and operate detailing tools and equipment properly

• Promptly report any damage or concerns to the supervising manager

• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure timely and efficient service

• Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, quality, and professionalism

• Perform additional duties as assigned
