Van Subaru is seeking a skilled andexperiencedAutomotive Detailer to join our team in Kansas City, Missouri. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in the auto industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for detailing and restoring used vehicles in accordance with Van and industry standards to ensure the quality of cleanliness and cosmetic appearance is at the highest level for the customer.

We are not looking for a "job hopper". Our turnover in this dealership is farbelowindustry standard and we want to keep it that way. We are aBUSYshop. We are one of 3 Subaru dealers in the KC Metro. We have a robust New and Used Car business.

Responsibilities:
• Clean and detail vehicles to ensure they are showroom ready for display and test drives
• Perform thorough washing, waxing, and cleaning of both the interior and exterior of vehicles
• Utilize various cleaning agents and tools to remove dirt, grease, and stains
• Vacuum and shampoo carpets and upholstery and use provided equipment to ensure the quality is done at a high level
• Collaborate with the sales and service teams to ensure vehicles are ready for customer delivery

Requirements:
• Previous experience in automotive detailing preferred but not required
• Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Must pass a background check and drug test
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
