Base pay range

$17.00/hr - $21.00/hr

About The Role

• Work in a structured, fast-paced, labor-intensive environment.
• Follow standard operating procedures to perform various detailing functions.
• Communicate effectively with management about detailing issues, damages, or additional services needed.
• Demonstrate problem-solving skills and a willingness to go above and beyond.
• Accept constructive feedback to improve detailing skills.
• Learn specialized services such as paint correction, ceramic coatings, headlight restorations, scratch removal, and touch-up paint.
• Operate tools, pressure washers, and detailing equipment in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct quality control with management and customers.
• Touch up vehicles to meet company standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned; flexibility is key.

Experience

• At least one year of detailing experience.

• Valid driver’s license, personal vehicle, and good driving record
• Pass drug test and background check

• Ability to stand/walk for 8-10 hours and lift, push, pull, squat, bend, reach with or without accommodations
