Job summary

Island Honda is seeking a Detailer to assist with preparing vehicles for delivery, both inside and out, including cleaning, minor cosmetic restoration, and applying protective packages. The role requires a high attention to detail and a valid driver’s license, with a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

You will greet customers, prepare vehicles for service, and ensure quality before handover, while maintaining a clean lot and reporting any safety concerns to management.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent and 18+ years old.
• Clean driving record and a valid driver’s license.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and courteously.
• Install disposable seat covers, steering wheel covers, and floor mats in service vehicles.
• Clean exterior and interior of vehicles, inspecting for defects and restoring appearance.
• Prepare and apply vehicle protection packages.
• Ensure safety procedures are followed in all tasks.
• Retrieve customer vehicles after service and confirm payment before delivery.
• Maintain a clean, organized lot and work area; report safety or integrity concerns to management.

Bring any issues with the work performed to the attention of your supervisor.Maintain the parking lot in a neat and organized manner.
