Job summary

Direct Reconditioning, LLC seeks a Shop Manager to lead a high‑volume automotive detail operation in the Greer area. You will oversee intake, QC, scheduling, payroll, and inventory while coordinating with auto auction operations and financial partners.

The role requires a background in fast-paced production, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage 15–20 employees, with a focus on meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisor experience in high production, reconditioning, or similar fast-paced operations.
• Bilingual ability highly preferred.
• Military experience is helpful in coordinating shifts and logistics.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with teams and customers.
• Strong aptitude for managing and organizing production schedules.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operations of an automotive detail shop with 15–20 employees.
• Ensure intake and QC processes meet deadlines and quality standards.
• Manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and maintenance of shop equipment.
• Interact with customers such as auto auction operations, banks, and fleet accounts.
