Job summary

ROOTLOGIK is seeking a Business Analyst in Michigan to support a leading Automotive client. You will work with company data across business areas and serve as the bridge between business needs and IT deliverables.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, the ability to manage tasks independently, and experience with data reporting tools. A BA/BS degree and US work authorization are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• SQL experience (1-2 years) preferred.
• Prior experience with data and reporting tools (Power BI, Tableau, JasperReports).

Responsibilities

• Interface with client to represent ROOTLOGIK's work.
• Define and document business requirements for ROOTLOGIK Development team.
• Outline a work plan and deliverables with the development team.
• Manage client expectations and ensure timely, budget-compliant delivery.
• Bridge IT and business by understanding processes and architecture.
• Analyze complex data sets to propose solutions and improvements.
• Respond to ad hoc client requests with data analysis or training.
• Create actionable reporting highlighting trends and opportunities.
