Job summary

Capgemini is recruiting an Executive Director for its Automotive Data & AI practice, based in Detroit, MI or Chicago, IL. You will lead cross-functional teams to envision, shape, and deliver data-led transformations across the automotive value chain, including OEMs, suppliers, and mobility partners.

You will help build differentiated propositions, nurture senior client relationships, and drive revenue growth while delivering measurable business value through AI, analytics, cloud, and enterprise

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success originating, shaping, selling, and delivering data, analytics, AI, and digital transformation programs across the automotive value chain.
• Deep understanding of North American Automotive business processes and operating models.
• Strong commercial acumen with ability to build business cases and roadmaps.
• Significant consulting experience in a matrixed, global organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver technology-enabled transformation programs with measurable client outcomes.
• Shape offerings and propositions in Automotive Data & AI by leveraging Capgemini’s networks.
• Build trusted C-suite relationships and expand automotive business across OEMs, suppliers, and mobility providers.
• Drive business development through proposals, RFPs, campaigns, and executive client conversations.
• Promote solution approaches across data platforms, AI/ML use cases, cloud modernization, and enterprise architecture.
