Join to apply for the Automotive Customer Service Advisor role at Jiffy Lube International.

Jiffy Lube Service Advisors are responsible for creating a positive guest experience and providing the highest level of customer satisfaction. During face-to-face customer interaction, the Service Advisor offers service recommendations, impartial advice, and detailed service information, communicating any concerns or special circumstances that impact overall satisfaction. This role is vital to our stores' success. All team members receive comprehensive training from Jiffy Lube University, our award-winning program, which offers up to 32 college credits through Ace Accreditation upon course completion.

Physical Qualifications
  • Operate equipment such as oil and grease guns, transmission and air conditioning service machines, radiator service machines, hand tools, and basic shop equipment.
  • Lift and move items up to 50 pounds.
  • Push, pull, lift, bend, twist, and raise arms overhead as needed.
Job Duties Include, But Are Not Limited To
  • Use software tools including POSNET Software.
  • Communicate with customers via phone or in person.
  • Provide product and service information.
  • Take and record orders.
  • Handle incoming calls and customer inquiries.
  • Identify customer concerns effectively.
  • Determine service charges and process payments.
  • Arrange billing and maintain customer relationships.
  • Maintain a professional phone demeanor.
Qualifications

Minimum of 1 year experience working in a dealership, automotive shop, tire center, or quick lube, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
