Job summary

Fort Morgan CDJR is seeking a detail-oriented Controller to oversee our financial operations, including AR, AP, and title processing through DealerTrack. You will ensure accurate records and smooth transactions within our dealership.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting, monitoring title processing, and preparing weekly financial reports while supporting process improvements and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Controller or similar role in the automotive industry.
• Familiarity with DealerTrack or similar title processing software.
• Strong knowledge of AR/AP processes and accounting principles.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting functions (AR, AP, GL).
• Oversee DealerTrack title processing for timely transactions.
• Prepare and review weekly financial reports.
