Qualifications

• Background in composites manufacturing and laminating is essential.
• Pre-preg laminating experience including vacuum bagging, consolidation checks, demoulding parts and mould cleaning/prep.
• Thorough understanding of composite materials and ability to read engineering drawings/manuals.

Responsibilities

• Produce automotive parts using Pre-Preg composites.
• Prepare, manufacture and maintain moulds; adhere to validated cycle times.
• Maintain highest quality standards on all composite components.
• Support Team Leader with prioritising work and other activities.
• Contribute to training and development of team members.
