Job summary

The Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Dealership Biller to join our Oak Brook Terrace office as Compliance Auditor. This role focuses on reviewing and auditing deals across Napleton’s dealership network to ensure compliance with our variable operations standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of automotive billing or dealership accounting, experience with CDK, Route One, and strong MS Office skills. Travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Automotive billing and/or dealership accounting experience.
• 2+ years of Dealership Accounts payable/receivable desirable.
• Proficiency with Route One preferred.
• Experience with CDK is required.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• High-level proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google tools, etc.
• Impeccable attention to detail.

• Works with store accounting teams to monitor, review, and manage daily compliance processes.
• Maintains high ethical standards in all actions.
