Job summary

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a motivated Commercial Sales Associate to assist customers with vehicle purchases, provide product information, and ensure a positive buying experience at our Manassas showroom.

You will greet customers, explain features and pricing, guide them through the sales process, coordinate financing, and follow up to nurture relationships while aiming to meet or exceed sales targets.

Qualifications

• Previous commercial truck sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive buying experience.
• Proficiency with MS Office and dealership management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing information about vehicles and services.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership's vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to answer questions and make recommendations.
• Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection and test drives to financing and closing the sale.
• Follow up with potential customers and leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership.
• Prepare and process sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining the showroom and lot appearance, ensuring vehicles are clean and displayed properly.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner.
