Job summary

Ourisman Automotive Group is seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Associate to join our team. The Sales Associate will assist customers with vehicle purchases, provide product information, and ensure a positive buying experience.

Responsibilities include greeting customers, understanding inventory, guiding through the sales process, following up on leads, and handling contracts and financing paperwork to close sales.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and dealership software is a plus.

• Follow up with potential customers and leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales.
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership.
• Prepare and process sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in maintaining the appearance and organization of the showroom and lot, ensuring vehicles are clean and properly displayed.
• Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
