Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Collision Estimator for Collision Lancaster. You will appraise vehicle damage to determine repair costs for insurance settlements, inspecting vehicles and preparing itemized repair orders with parts and labor estimates.

The role requires PA license, 2+ years in collision repair, and proficiency with estimating software. This position operates Monday–Friday within our Lancaster, PA location and offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and valid driver’s license.
• PA State Appraiser License required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in collision repair.
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
• Proficiency in estimating software and strong knowledge of repair processes.

Responsibilities

• Appraise vehicle damage to determine repair costs for insurance claims.
• Inspect and test vehicles using diagnostic tools.
• Ask customers about vehicle performance and perform visual inspections.
• Prepare itemized work orders listing parts and labor costs.
• Collaborate with the customer service representative who handles communications and estimates.
