Job summary

The Faulkner Automotive Group is seeking an enthusiastic Automotive Collision Estimator for our Collision Lancaster location. You will appraise vehicle damage to determine repair costs for insurance settlements and prepare detailed work orders.

You’ll work with a customer service representative who handles all client communications, leveraging your estimating expertise. Applicants should have at least 2 years in collision repair, a valid driver's license, and a PA State Appraiser License.

Qualifications

• Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a clean, valid driver's license.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• PA State Appraiser License is REQUIRED.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in collision repair.
• Ability to work in a team environment and strong oral and written communication skills.
• Must be able to bend, stand, lift and reach.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle repair processes and insurance claim procedures.
• Proficiency in estimating software (CCC ONE, Mitchell, Audatex).

Responsibilities

• Appraise vehicle damage to determine repair costs for insurance claims.
• Inspect and test automobiles using mechanical testing devices.
• Prepare itemized work orders listing parts and labor costs.
• Collaborate with a customer service representative who handles communications with the customer.
