Job summary

G-TECH Services, Inc. is seeking a skilled Closures CAE Engineer with 3–5 years of experience in CAE, preferably in automotive closures and sheet metal structures. The role focuses on FE modeling, structural analysis, and CAE optimization to support product development milestones.

The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and apply advanced CAE methods to deliver accurate assessments, addressing NVH, durability, and nonlinear impact analysis requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in Closures CAE or Structural CAE, preferably in automotive/aerospace.
• Experience in structural analysis, NVH, durability, fatigue, and nonlinear impact analysis.

Responsibilities

• Perform structural CAE analyses for automotive closures and sheet metal components including NVH, durability, fatigue, linear static, nonlinear dynamic and impact analyses.
• Develop, build, and validate FE models to support design and program milestones.
• Conduct explicit and implicit simulations using industry-standard CAE software.
• Identify root causes of design issues and recommend corrective actions within design constraints.
• Prepare CAE reports and provide technical recommendations to cross-functional teams.
