• Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.
• Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet objectives.
• Establish good relationships with owners, General Manager, and technical staff to meet sales processes and metrics.
• Implement growth strategies aligned with group objectives, assessing profit and loss strategies suitable for the local market.
• Review performance metrics regularly and provide solutions for improvement.
• Maintain knowledge of and uphold all relevant local, state, and federal regulations impacting vehicle repairs and the automotive industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
