Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations, remedy customer complaints promptly, and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.
- Recruit, hire, and train staff to meet objectives.
- Establish good relationships with owners, General Manager, and technical staff to meet sales processes and metrics.
- Implement growth strategies aligned with group objectives, assessing profit and loss strategies suitable for the local market.
- Review performance metrics regularly and provide solutions for improvement.
- Maintain knowledge of and uphold all relevant local, state, and federal regulations impacting vehicle repairs and the automotive industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or GED required.
- Two+ years of experience as a Service Manager or Center Manager in a Car Care Center.
- Knowledge of automotive industry trends.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Strong communication, leadership skills, and ability to interpret profit and loss statements.
