Job summary

Ed Napleton Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Cashier/Receptionist at Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM in Missouri. The role supports customer experience by handling transactions, processing payments, and delivering receipts.

The schedule includes weekdays and some weekends/holidays; compensation ranges $15.00-$18.00 per hour based on experience, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401k, vacation, and paid training.

Responsibilities

• Calculate the customer’s bill using the dealership’s computer system.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers.
• Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers.
• Ascertain and record totals of counter tickets and repair orders, sales deposits and verify against all payments at end of shift.
• Handle customer complaints diplomatically and refer to appropriate staff for resolution.
• Able to work a flexible work schedule, including some weekends and holidays.

The Ed Napleton Automotive Group is looking for our next Automotive Cashier/Receptionist. This is an exciting opportunity in a growing, fast-paced industry.

Located at Mid Rivers Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, the Cashier/Receptionist is critical to our customer’s experience. The Cashier/Receptionist isresponsible for handling customer transactions, calculating bills, and processing payments. The ideal candidate must be accurate and customer-focused. The schedule for the position is Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 7:00am-4:00pm and Thursday 7:00am-6:00pm

Job Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Cashier experience, automotive dealership experience is a plus
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
