Apple Ford Shakopee has an immediate opening for a part-time Cashier. We are seeking a Cashier with excellent customer service skills and a winning attitude. This individual will receive calls into the dealership, determine the nature of the caller’s business, and direct the caller to their destination. This position will also be responsible for basic accounting skills.

Apple Ford Shakopee is a great place to work and start a career. We are looking for candidates that are self-motivated, open minded, and willing to learn. Shifts include Monday through Friday 3pm to 7pm. Two Saturdays a month 7-3.

Job Description:

• Be friendly, professional, courteous, and efficient when working with all customers and employees.
• Perform various clerical support activities.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order/tickets.
• Answer phones and direct Consumer to the proper department and follow up in a timely manner.
• Miscellaneous service duties.
• Maintain customer lounge.

Job Requirements:

• Available to work flexible hours on weeknights & weekends.
• Professional personal appearance.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and multi-task.
• Provide excellent customer service.
