Job summary

MINI of St. Louis, part of Autohaus BMW Group, seeks a results-driven automotive salesperson to build relationships and assist customers in selecting vehicles.

You will demonstrate features, answer questions, and focus on delivering a memorable car-buying experience in a fast-paced environment. You should be an effective communicator, well-groomed, and reliable, with the ability to work flexible hours including Saturdays.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in new or pre-owned car sales.
• Available to work flexible hours and Saturdays.
• Willing to learn new product lines and features.
• Excellent communication with customers.
• Professional, well-groomed appearance.
• Clean driving record and ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships and create customers for life; assist in selecting a vehicle by listening and questioning.
• Be the vehicle expert on product offerings, packages, and technology.
• Perform high-quality demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to generate referral business.
• Overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and planned activities.
• Bring a positive attitude to the showroom every day.

• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in's & the out's of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your 'A game' & positive attitude with you every day
