Job summary

MINI of St. Louis, part of the Autohaus BMW Group, seeks a driven automotive Sales Associate. You will help customers select vehicles, demonstrate features, and build lasting relationships. Expect a fast-paced environment with a focus on delivering a great customer experience.

Ideal candidates have prior car sales experience, excellent communication, and a professional appearance. Flexible hours including Saturdays and a pre-employment background/drug screening are required.

• Prior experience in new or pre-owned car sales.

• Report to Sales Manager on objectives and activities.

Responsibilities:

• Build relationships & create customers for life. Assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert. Know the in’s & the out’s of product offerings, optional packages & latest technology
• Perform high-quality and professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles.
• Follow-up with buyers to ensure referral business
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations
• Direct report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses
• Bring your ‘A game’ & positive attitude with you every day
